Lost CPR Certification Card from Berkeley/Oakland
Did you attend an AHA course from us, but you cannot find your card? Did you take your class with Berkeley CPR Classes? If so we can send you a replacement card. You must call the company where you took the class to get a replacement card. The price to replace the card is $30. We have to go through our records, locate the roster, print out a new card, and mail it to you. If you want to replace your certification card, please call our Berkeley office at 510-225-6216 and we can help you out.
